Burgers
All of our burgers are handcrafted and homemade, with a commitment to maintaining a maximum fat content of 10%. We offer a diverse selection of burgers, including Beef burgers, Cheese burgers, Chili burgers, Minty Lamb burgers, and Exotic Game burgers.
Beef
All of our beef is sourced from prime Scotch Beef. We are able to provide a variety of cuts and can stock all types of joints.
Game - Exotic Meats
We offer a diverse selection of exotic meats, subject to availability. Our inventory typically includes a variety of game meats such as Kangaroo, Zebra, Bison, Buffalo, Venison, Ostrich, and Horse, among others.
These exotic meats are available in several forms, including steaks, Homemade Burgers, and Homemade Sausages.
Eggs & Bacon
All of our eggs are sourced from a local farm, where they are hatched and collected daily. These eggs are free-range.
Additionally, our bacon is dry-cured in-house and is available in both smoked and unsmoked varieties.

Sausages
All of our sausages are handcrafted and made in-house. We exclusively use natural hog, sheep, and beef casings, as well as ensuring that our sausages contain only 10% fat.
Additionally, we offer a selection of Gluten-free sausages, and Exotic Game sausages.
Cheese & Deli
All of our eggs are sourced from a local farm, where they are hatched and collected daily. These eggs are free-range.
